I got this really cute Riley Blake Fat Quarters pack last fall. I was inspired by one of the quilts on the Riley Blake Designs blog. I used about 15 different fat quarters that I cut apart and made into the blocks. I framed it and than I used flannel for the back which made it nice a cozy for the trip up to a cold northern state.
What was your inspiration?
I loved the fabric in the fat quarter pack and so wanted to showcase all of the wonderful prints that were in it.
What are you most proud of?
It was one of the first bigger quilts I have made- most have been smaller for a baby.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
