What materials did you use? 5.6mm x 14m multi purpose rope, fabric (3 different prints), thread, ribbon and craft super glue.

I read the tutorial that I've put the link to above. I googled fabric coil basket tutorial and read a couple of tutorials, but it's really straight forward. You use the basic technique and you design the shape of the basket as you go by changing the degree of the angle you stitch the basket at. To try it out make yourself a coaster to get the hang of it a bit; that's what I did.

Beautiful! I have seen the plain bowls before, but the handles really make it beautiful and functional. It would be great filled with balls of yarn. Thanks.
