What was your inspiration?

looking for kitchen/food themes for the trivets, and these coffee related coordinating prints were perfect! Being able to be used on either side gives a two-in-one trivet.

Not stips, but 1/4 squares. I found coordinating fabrics...really enjoy the hunt! Guess strips would work if you can find them 3 1/2 and 4 1/2 wide. Check the pattern to see how wide you need.

Wow, I love your lemoyne star. Nice quilting too. I' just started a lemoyne star project of my own. Was this strip pieced?
