I did the Stitch Every stinking seam from Cindy Needham's class and then continuous line stitching. I did loops in the postage stamp area and then simple stipple in the sashing and borders.

I also used a layer of 100 percent wool on top of my warm and natural batting. I put it in the washer and dyer (took out slightly damp) and not issues at all. Wonderful tip on the wool. I have found that the 505 does not stick well to the wool so the ESS is important
