What was your inspiration?
Superman and coconut cream pie. Two favorites of Jeremy (his birthday)
What are you most proud of?
The superman J came out well on the first try.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Go with your instincts. I found plenty of recipes for a coconut cream cupcake, but there wasn't enough coconut flavor in the finished product. I altered the recipes until I found the best balance of flavor.
