What was your inspiration?
I love Faries and just HAD to knit one up!
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of how I did the eyes. I made changes from the instructions in the book. I also wired the entire length of the arms and legs which is not done in the pattern. She is completely posable now. I also knit the legs and arms in icord instead of flat. No seaming mattress stitch this way! =-)
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Take your time and don't be afraid to make some changes as the need arises.
