What was your inspiration?
This is my version of the January Asterisk Block. I've never done this before and a rag quilt is surely a far cry from a structured quilt block!
What are you most proud of?
This was fun! I haven't worked with this much precision on any sewing project and it was a ity bity challenge. Some of my corners did not quite measure up but I think it looks good for a first try.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
HAVE FUN! I would choose different fabric next time, but I think this is crazy enough for a first attempt!
