You can find this is in pdf format if you search for it, but I did not want to post a link which could potentially contain a virus.This is one of the first cakes for class. Very simple techniques using the open and star tips. The hardest part was having two colors of frosting on the base not bleed or look clumpy on the edges given it was my first attempt.

What was your inspiration?
Not so much my inspiration as direction from my instructor. LOL If I would have had my way I wouldn't have done clowns.
What are you most proud of?
Against the instructors protesting I did all of my class cakes using my own buttercream frosting recipe. They insisted that you MUST use the Wilton recipe otherwise the color will not be the same and the consistency will not be workable. Since you are supposed to take the cakes home and give them to someone to eat - I couldn't bear the thought of feeding anyone I knew a giant glob of vegetable shortening with powdered sugar.
