Hi, I traced around my favourite pads and pantyliners, then made the pattern more hourglass for the bulk. Then made a diamond big enough to clip under my panties. I have since found this great link however, with easy to follow patterns - https://sites.google.com/site/shewhorunsintheforest/ For the fabric and inner lining I use 100% cotton flannelette or fleece and 100% wool felt. I understand hemp and bamboo are also good absorbancy. Post me a picture if you make some

There are free patterns downloadable off the web, just google cloth or reusable menstrual pads :)
