What materials did you use? I used fabric that is traditionally used for tablecloths, so it has a heavier weight, resists stains and has a fabulous drape.

What are you most proud of? Over-stitching, flat felled seams, and being patient. This has improved my confidence in sewing enormously!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Watch the videos, take your time, and use your iron. I don't have a fancy sewing machine, nor do you need one to sew straight seams.

I love your shirt! It fits really good for your first shirt. It looks so dressy. Great work. I have this course but have not tried making a shirt yet. I need to retire so I have more time for all my projects.

Retirement is great! I am just coming up to my first year anniversary of Retirement. I feel like I have been playing all year!

This turned out great! I am starting this course within the week. I hope I do as well as you did.

Good luck with your shirt! I think this has been my most successful sewing class in sewing something for myself. I loved Pam's quiet, calm approach. and I find that she gets back to your questions very quickly.

Hi! You've done a great job on your shirt! Great choice of fabrics, and it looks wonderful on you :-)) I'm glad that you enjoyed the class and hope to see more shirts from you! Thanks, Pam
