What was your inspiration?

I wanted to make a classic tailored men's shirt with short sleeves in a checked cotton, and my husband favours these type of shirts in RTW.

What are you most proud of?

Making my first ever shirt!

What advice would you give someone starting this project?

Highly recommend this Craftsy course...watch the videos step by step and take your time. You WILL get amazing results.

WOW! What great craftsmanship! Your plaid match beautifully and an awesome fit. I have this pattern, but have been nervous to start it.
