What are you most proud of? I am glad that I waited to start until I had everything in place - the proper salt, flour, butter, etc. It made all of the difference I am sure. They are worth every effort.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be sure to read through your materials twice and to watch the videos all the way through before beginning your project so that you will feel well prepared for all of the details involved in this endeavour.
