InstructionsI couldn't help it, I baked the whole batch! My neighbours are glad that I did :)

Butter, sea salt, yeast, etc.
What was your inspiration?
My appetite inspired me. The best croissants in my city are only available on Saturdays at the Market and they sell out. With this recipe and some practice on technique I can satisfy that craving for a fabulous croissant anytime.
What are you most proud of?
I am glad that I waited to start until I had everything in place - the proper salt, flour, butter, etc. It made all of the difference I am sure. They are worth every effort.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Be sure to read through your materials twice and to watch the videos all the way through before beginning your project so that you will feel well prepared for all of the details involved in this endeavour.
