What materials did you use? Fabric from stash plus additional fat quarters for flower petals.

What are you most proud of? The way the flower turned out. I wanted a flower with more petals so I thought I would add more to the original class pattern. Now to try embellishing and completing my quilt!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I am thoroughly enjoying this class with Wendy. She gives lots of helpful information and tips on constructing a pictorial quilt. Since this is my first attempt at pictorial quilts this class has really motivated me to use some of my own pictures as a pattern to create more quilts.
