Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: A Dolly Varden tin, or a cake carved to that shape. Ganache, modeling chocolate, polystyrene, yellow and green gel paste colour, rolling pin, plastic wrap, paper towel

What are you most proud of? This is something I have never seen anywhere before, I think it is truly unique. The end result was exactly as I pictured It In my head. If you have any questions please pop over to my Facebook page Kissed By Cake and I will try to help.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Take your time, remember that modeling chocolate doesn't like heat or to be worked for too long. Allow enough time so that If needed you can let the modeling chocolate rest and set up a bit If It gets too soft.
