What was your inspiration?
i wanted to design an interesting, feminine hat without a big flower on it, and the coral reefs inspired me to play with shape and form.
What are you most proud of?
i love how the shape is flattering on most faces!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
you can do it! i'd call it an intermediate project, because you must be comfortable with working in the round, increasing, and reading a crochet pattern.
