What materials did you use? I used a lightweight knit fabric but any fabric could be used

What are you most proud of? I am proud that I looked at what was in my fabric stash before running out and buying a new cloth. I picked up this fabric from an op shop for a few dollars about 6 months ago and although it is a knit fabric it looks great.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? I only turned up the hem once as this was a knit and wouldn't fray so take that into account when turning hems using woven fabric. Have fun, there are no rules when it comes to home decorating just your own.

I like your Christmas table cloth, it looks so bright and cheerful, just like Christmas should be. Great job, including the fact you used your fabric stash and not going out to purchase more. Congrads!!!

How festive! Your fabric is contemporary and so fresh. Thanks for the directions. Now all I need is some gorgeous fabric like yours.

Thank you. Table cloths can be so expensive to buy especially for a large table so I am very happy with my home made one

Table cloth performed beautifully, looked good when table was set, washed up like a dream, no ironing required, will definitely use a light weight knit fabric again for table cloths.
