What was your inspiration?
I have been knitting for over 20 years and have gotten to the point where it is more fun to try to design my own things. I love making Christmas stockings and I love color work with traditional patterns. It was a challenge to try to make it all work together.
What are you most proud of?
I'm proud of all that I do and the quality of work I produce. I love it when a project comes together. I love working with color and I love it when colors that may not look good together in a skein come out looking fantastic all knit up. I love it when people see the quality of my work and are happy knowing the money they paid for one of my items was worth it because it will last a long time.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Stick with it. If you have any questions, ask. Take the time to do it with good, quality yarns, not cheap stuff. Be proud of what you are doing and know it will look awesome when you are done. That goes for any project, not just this one.
