What was your inspiration?
I wanted to make a special gift for our pastor for Christmas. I thought a quilt showing the Christmas story would be a good idea. The quilt is large enough for an afghan-sized throw or it could be hung on the wall.
What are you most proud of?
The way the colors came together. Photos never seem to show the depth or how each color lends itself to the other.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Don't be afraid to think outside the box.
