What needles did you use? US 3 / 3.0 mm / UK 11

What materials did you use? Vanna's Glamour yarn and size 6/0 seed beads. I modified a pattern from Betsy's book, for the shaped ornament.

What are you most proud of? Adapted some cross-stitch patterns for the beading patterns on these ornaments.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Insert the foam ball before finish the decreases at top of ornament.

Thanks. They were not too hard to make. I modified some cross-stitch/fair isle patterns to fit into 13 rows on centre of ball.

Beautiful. I am looking to make Christmas gifts. But am in crunch time. About how long did each one take you?

It took 10-15 min to string on the beads first, following a pattern. Then it took me a couple of hours to knit one. I find it tricky to use double pointed needles and get the tension tight while adding the beads.
