Instructions
Use spray adhesive to attached patterned paper to cardstock.Once set and dry, use the craft punch to make a bunch of circles
Use a needle to poke 2 holes in each circle.
Thread a needle and string the circles on the crochet cotton or other thin yarn or string
Hang, then space circles reasonably evenly.
