What was your inspiration?
The reindeer. I made a drawing and decided it was to be the main focus of the cake.
What are you most proud of?
The reindeer. This is bade from ruyal icing that has been piped onto wax paper, then carefully peeled off and stood up on the cake in some royal icing snow and allowed to set.. This is very delicate and tricky work.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make lots of riendeer. There is a huge posobility of breakage... But so worth it when you pull it off.
