What are you most proud of? Combining Vintage and Modern fabrics!

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Measure and cut accurate. - especially if you use a triangle ruler. Make a couple of sample blocks and join them to see if everything is lining up straight and flat. Consider fusible fleece for more body. Using spray basting, set with an iron, helps keep things flat while quilting.

Jean, just love your table runner - so bright and cheery and what a wonderfully long table - like both runners - bet you got lots of positive comments at Christmas.

Very very nice! Maybe next Christmas I'll make one too. I have a long table like yours that would look terrific too with this addition!

Its a free pdf called "Peppermint Twist Table Runner" by Sharon Holland. Here's a link: http://www.sharonhollanddesigns.com/?page_id=668 I'm going to try and update this project to include that info. Something went awry when I 1st published it. Hope to see yours soon :D
