The fact that is is so pretty and tastes even better than it looks!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Make sure you have an entire day to dedicate to this project. You bake and decorate the cookies and then bake the cake, make the truffle sauce, ice the individual layers and add pecan crumbles to the interior layers and then frost the entire cake in truffle sauce and let set up in the frig for an hr, then make chocolate buttercream frosting and frost entire cake, then add the cookie decorations. It is an ALL DAY affair, but so worth it. I will get the recipes for all the ingredients typed up and post as soon as I have a little time to do so!
