How did the Buttercream with stand the heat because I have a August wedding that im doing and I'm concerned about the heat and the Buttercream.

I keep my cakes in the fridge until I am ready to leave. I load them in my air conditioned car and drive them to the venue. I always make sure the air at the venue is on and I've never had any problem. If the venue is going to be a outside wedding and it's going to be hot, I deliver to the reception right before they need to cut the cake . Hope it all goes well for you in August! Lisa
