What was your inspiration?
Chocolate! Only second time playing with the glaze. Hopefully will improve.
Chocolate Kahlua cake with alternating layers of whipped ganache filling and Bailey's Swiss buttercream. Chocolate glaze. Covered in cake truffles! Cake truffles are Chocolate Amaretto cake with Kahlua Swiss buttercream. Cake truffles are covered in tempered chocolate.
