What are you most proud of? It looks and tastes good. Too often it's one or the other.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Use a softer fondant or a homemade marshmallow fondant. The commercial fondant I used tastes great, like a tootsie roll, but it was so hard I had to keep softening it in the microwave.
