What was your inspiration?
I needed it for Christmas so used an easy X's and O's idea I found on you tube.
What are you most proud of?
I saved all the little corners cut from each square to make the borders.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
BE sure you have enough fabric...I learned to applique because I needed to fill the (about a half yard worth of fabric) center that I was short on fabric. I'm so glad I was short, now that I know more about applique.
