I used cotton scrap materials I had at home, a 7 inch zipper and some iron in interfacing.
What was your inspiration?
I didn't really have a particular inspiration. I just wanted a pattern for something that I could whip together quickly as a last minute gift.
What are you most proud of?
I put in my very first zipper on this project. I now know that while a zipper foot isn't necessary, it sure makes the job easier.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Have some patience. This is the small version of the ditty bag (the pattern provides 3 sizes) and because of it's size it can be a challenge.
