Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Decadent chocolate cake; Chocolate ganache; Fondant covering; Gum paste/ plastic icing with tylose; Clickstix square cutter for roof tiles; Tiny heart cutter for petals of small roses; Wood grain impression mat for wooden detail; Toothpicks, skewers/ wires for inside figurines; Dresden/ veining tool; Craft gun for hair; Royal icing for sticking some parts of figurines; to ensure it is secure Edible glue ( tylose with water) for other adhesions; Edible ink marker for eye pupils; A very sharp knife: exacto, or the Wusthof silver point paring knife ( my favourite); About 8 hours of free time to work on this cake!

What are you most proud of? I think I did a good job on Rapunzel??

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Be patient, take your time and allow items to dry thoroughly before expecting them to hold.
