For the fluff: Mix 12 oz. Cream Cheese, 1/2 c. Powdered Sugar, 1 tsp. Vanilla. Put into a piping bag. (Tastes like Cheesecake)Cut the top off Strawberry and hollow it out. Dip bottom of berry in melted White Chocolate. Let the Chocolate harden. Pipe the cream cheese into the strawberry. Garnish with sprinkles or cookie crumbs.
