|Here are some details about my project:|
|Yarn Weight||Aran (10 ply)|
What materials did you use? I used KnitPro 6mm (interchangeable) circulars on a 100cm stiff cable. The yarn is from my unending 400m skein of acrylic. (Seriously. It's like Mary Poppins's bag). I also used KnitPro split ring stitch markers. I prefer them as they're like the perfect combo of both ring and locking markers. The photos are "unblocked". I'll be trying the wet-blocking method to get the lace to "pop" a little bit more and perhaps coax the cabled into a nicer shape. But, hey. It's acrylic. Only so much you can do.
What are you most proud of? This is the most time-intensive project I've yet finished. It's the first time I've experienced truly getting into the knitting meditative state. That was a delight.
