There are only a few rows with three colors so it is no real fair isle. At least not in all rounds.Carry not used yarns loosely with you otherwise the knitting will become too tight. When going over more than 3 to 4 stitches cross unused yarn(s) over working yarn. But do this at alternating positions in each round otherwise the strands will show through.
