Made a pentagon template from a cereal box, cut five more pentagons from cereal boxes. Using contrasting material cut 12 fabric pentagons approximately quarter inch larger than the cardboard and 12 batting pentagons the same size as the cardboard. Place fabric face down layer with batting then card pentagon, fold edges and use tape or fabric glue to hold. Line up two pentagons together, cardboard facing in and hand stich togetheron one edge, add another pentagon next to one just sewn using one as a base to which you add all five sides. Now sew all the side seams to form the bowl shape. With the other six pentagons do the same but start with fabric together and DO NOT sew the side seams! When complete sit this set inside bowl and feed down to align edges ( this does not need to line up perfectly) then sew all around top edge as invisibly as possible and there you have it, Fill with what ever you fancy!!Made a pentagon template from a cereal box, cut five more pentagons from cereal boxes.
