Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: This stunning cake was a raspberry white chocolate filled lemon cake covered in white chocolate plastic and dusted with copper.It is 5 tiers and feeds approximately 200 with a base of 16"
What advice would you give someone starting this project? Make certain your tiers are level and adequately supported. The modeling chocolate should be made well in advance and if kept covered with appliqué lacework can be made ahead if time as well. Heat is the enemy and then freezer is your friend.
