What are you most proud of? That I completed one Christmas present topper so far.

What advice would you give someone starting this project? Don't try to rush, I always want things done yesterday so I can see what it looks like completed today. Not a good idea in quilting.

I love your table topper! I made this pattern, too, and just loved the look of it when finished. I especially like your border. Keep up the great work!!

Thanks for the encouragement everyone.

Maybe a table topper would be a better idea for me. All I can think of is the Texas Chain Saw Movie (which I refused to watch) when I see this pattern. EEEK. Maybe we could change the title??? I love the colors and the borders

You did a great job, I love it. I started quilting in June 2012 and I'm learning like crazy too. I enjoy quilting and "Chain Saw" is on my list of the "project to do" for sure. Thanks for sharing..

Love your chainsaw table topper - I have just bought some fabric to do this quilt some time - I hope mine turns out as well as yours has - great work.
