What materials did you use? I used Red Heart with Love yarn, Merlot color. This is the first time I have used Red Heart yarn to make a sweater. I used size 9 needles to make the yoke and body, and for the sleeves, I used size 9, 8, 7 needles to make the sleeve more fitted. I did not want to worry about decreasing the stitches. On the cuff of the sleeve, I used size 6 dpn.

What are you most proud of? I have always wanted to make a yoke sweater with a celtic cable going around the yoke. I made this sweater for a very special friend, and once I created the yoke, and figured out how I wanted the neckline, then the rest was easy.
