Instructions
I found the free foundation pieced Shamrock pattern on-line and printed it on regular copy paper.I used light and dark green biased binding for the Celtic Shamrock design. I used narrow strips of fusible webbing to hold the bias binding in place for stitching.

This was my first Celtic design using biased binding and it turned out better than I expected.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Watch a tutorial on Foundation pieced blocks before making the pieced blocks. Use biased binding so the curved shapes of the Celtic design lay flat.
