I didn 't use a pattern for this... All you do is make a circle, using any stitches and colors you would like. Make it the same size as a CD. Then make another one and, with wrong sides together, crochet them both together. When you are a little more than halfway around, insert the CD and finish stitching. I hope this helps.

It is great for using leftover yarn. I have a huge stack of these, and they make great little gifts!
