Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: Followed the instructions presented by James Roselle to make the cattleya orchid. The cake is a vanilla cake with buttercream icing and covered in fondant. I had a lot of fun making the orchid. Had a a few challenges, however, it all worked out well in the end. I am proud of how it turned out.
