What are you most proud of? this quilt took a long time to make, and I worked on it with every minute. It took just over 2 years to finish

What advice would you give someone starting this project? the project is not difficult but is very time consuming. Take your time and do a little at at time.

Absolutely beautiful! I've always wanted to try my hand at one of these.

Do you have a pattern for this quilt

Very Beautiful. I have been watching videos this last couple of weeks on how to do this. Fons and Porter have a video that is really good. Now as you said, I need to get a lot of muslin. I have lots of scrap and have to make the time. Great job. Something you'll have forever and pass on down to your family.

This is a beautiful quilt, and the time and care you put into it certainly shows.

I have the Cathedral Windows quilt that my mother handstiched. She competed it just before she passed away in 1992. I wanted to drape her casket with for everyone to see. I did the unthinkable and put it in her washing machine on the gentle cycle to wash the coffee stains off and the cigarette smell away. Luckily, it came out beautiful. I havehad it packed away in my cedar chest eversince her funeral in Oct. 1992. My question for you is this, if I post pictures of it here front and back can you tell Meir I needto do any thing else to it before I display it on a quilt rack, etc?

I am sorry I have not answered you earlier. Am working 55-60 hours and there is just not enough time in the day or week. to answer your question, yes I would be happy to take a look at the pictures for you. How are you planning to display? Just folded over a standing quilt rack? please be patient these hours I am working will end in another 6 weeks...Grr the thought of 6 more weeks!
