What materials did you use? 100% Wool-Cashmere Fabric; Rayon Lining, Hair canvas, Fusible interfacing, Matching thread...and other trims and ends.

My secret is being relaxed and focused... I prefer to stitch the sleeves by hand rather than using a sewing machine.

I love it. Can you please recommend some men's patterns that will fit this class ? like your out of print Burda (but hopefully patterns that are still out there...) Thanks for the inspiration !

Hello, Shmulik. Sorry for the late reply. The pattern I used --Burda 7780. Although discontinued (tissue paper) you can download it and printed at home. You will have to match, tape, and cut all the pattern pieces; however, it is a great pattern. Go to www.sewingpatterns.com and search for the pattern. The site will also give you information about the proper software to install (available for free at the same site). I hope this helps. Let me know. Best of luck! Luis

What a great job you've done. I'm making the same pattern at the moment, have not cut the fabric yet. Any advise/ tip would be more than welcomed. About the hair canvas, you attached it to the shell? Did you use any twill tape?

Yes, I used twill tape and applied all classic tailoring techniques. Good luck!
