I am still perfecting the sauce and cutting my food uniform. This was the second dish I made in my 14-inch pow wok from the Wok Shop in San Francisco.

Thanks. Actually this picture was when I first bought the wok and baked it to season it. Sadly, I stripped it by not knowing that I shouldn't use the bamboo brush. I love the wok bonding experience. Seasoning it is fun now.
