I see you said your inspiration was your love of vintage embroidery. Before I saw that, I was thinking it reminded me of my grandmother's tea towels. My mom always use to embroidery tea towels as well. Seems all dish clothes had to have embroidery, just like all pillow cases did,too.

Thank you, Karen! My Mom loved to embroider dresser scarves "back in the day". I think that I develped my interest in hand embroidery from she and my older sister who also loved to do cross stitch. There is nothing sweeter than a hand embroidered linen of any kind.
