What materials did you use? 100% cotton of course! Shades of mauve, gray, tan, mauve and purple complement each other beautifully. The backing recommended by the woman who does my machine quilting was a beautiful, gray, super-soft minky type woven fleece.

What are you most proud of? The mitred borders are essential - I struggled a bit as it was a new technique, but I'm glad I didn't give into my self doubt and opt for a regular border. The piecing was simple and the quilt itself came together easily, but I would classify it as intermediate for the skill level required.

Nice I like it.
