I just followed Colette's Recipe to the letter and my croissants turned out great!
What was your inspiration?
I always loved how beautiful croissants looked and tasted and never thought I would be able to make them myself! I was so excited when Craftsy offered a course on how to be successful at making croissants at home
What are you most proud of?
I'm very proud that these actually turned out the first time!
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Paid Perry close attention to the instructions and follow them closely. When you go to bake I would start watching them before the first 15 minutes As they have a tendency to burn.
