What was your inspiration?
My niece finished school early, majoring in Photojournalism, but photography is truly her gift. What she can see from her camera always amazes me. So when my sister asked me to make her a t-shirt quilt with just 7 shirts, I couldn't resist putting it into this type of context.
What are you most proud of?
Finishing it and squaring it up. Not all ideas drawn out can execute easily :-)
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Work out how to take a free form object and get them combined with your other free form objects to end up with a square or rectangular shape AHEAD of time.
