What was your inspiration?
Butterflies have gossamer wings - I just wanted to evoke a small essence of that fragile beauty.
What are you most proud of?
The fluid coils say so much, but I love how the open spaces say just as much.
What advice would you give someone starting this project?
Just play! It takes time to achieve consistent tension in the paper coils - something I keep striving for and somehow it's just elusive, so I just keep playing anyway.
