Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I used upside down method to crumb coat the cake.

What is upside down method? This cake is beautiful.

Thank you. It's where you turn the cake upside down and crumb coat it. (So you have the cake on the board the same size as the cake, you then have a another larger board covered in patchment paper and then you add a fair amount of your icing to it then u turn the cake upside down ie the bottom of the cake that has the board will be facing up and the top of the cake will be squished into the icing on the parchment paper). Not sure if I explaimed it properly but you can Google it.
