Share a little about the materials, processes and techniques used to create this cake: I've taught myself how to smooth my buttercream very smith and accent with fondant or gum paste embellishments.
What are you most proud of? That I have been able to actually do every cake design that I have been asked to do with absolutely no training what so ever!!
