Thank you very much, I am sewing alreay more then 20 years. My grandphater was a tailor, my mother was sewing and her seister - so it is in the family. I have finished as well higher vocational sewing school - so it is easier for me. However since I moved to the Netherlads I did not have enough time to sew so I start to buy RTW. I was very disappointed in all these clothes as I always had to adjust somenting (Dutch standards are different then in Poland - women are toller). I was so tired on this that I came back to sewing. Belive me - it was not ease. I started with simple patterns ... and then I have bought 2 sewing construction books. I have made basic bodies and skiert patterns and now I am adjusting patterns based on them. It is really better. Other advise - just do it, follow your feelings. It is so great to see these all creativities... I am looking forward to see your creations!

Your dress fits you exceptionally well. You must have quite a lot of experience when it comes to sewing. How long have you been making your own clothes? I am impressed with your dress. I have the craftsy's class for dress, blouse and pant fitting and construction. I want to sew my own clothes but picking the right size to sew is challenging. I ordered a pattern fitting book by Nancy Zieman, I believe. Have you any suggestions?

As you can see I did not follow fully the instruction. I have changed the skirt, I add lining as well...
